The Freedom Pride have secured the services of a professional trainer/coach to take over the weekly training and gameday coaching begining with the Spring 2008 NCSL season. Coach Gene Whitney brings 15+ years as a FC Frederick Soccer head coach, over 30 years of playing/coaching experience as well as multiple years as a varsity High School Coach. Coach Whitney holds a USSF "C" license as well as numerous other USSF, NSCAA licenses and courses. Coach Whitney also brings with him numerous soccer contacts, show-case tournament experience and college recruiting contacts and experience.
